Reservations made from 1st January 2022 will have the cancelation policy as stipulated in the terms and conditions of the reservation apply.

 

No special exemptions are given for any Covid-19 related travel disrupts including but not limited to; you or one of your parties’ abilities to travel to having to isolate, you or one of your parties feeling unwell, you or one of your parties being hospitalized with Covid-19 or Covid-19 related illness.

 

Unless Bell Cross Roberton Ltd are unable to host you caused directly by a New Zealand Government restriction in the ability for us to host, or you are unable to travel to us from within other parts of New Zealand due to a New Zealand government domestic or international travel restriction.

Travel restrictions imposed by other international governments are not grounds for an exemption under this policy.
