BCR Property was founded by Nichola Roberts and Simon Cross with a clear mission: to provide property management that owners and tenants can genuinely trust.
Having worked in the industry, we saw too many cases of owners being let down by poor communication, hidden fees, and reactive — rather than proactive — management. We believed we could do better, and we set out to prove it.
Today, we manage premium properties across Central Otago and Christchurch, with a team that genuinely cares about the outcome for every client.
